Applying for a Credit24 loan
To be eligible for a Credit24 loan you must:
• Be a Permanent Resident
• Be aged 18 years or over
• Be employed and get paid into your bank account
• Have a good credit history
• Earn at least $600 in a month
• Must not have more than 1 ongoing small loan (small loan is a loan of up to $2,000 with a repayment term of up to 12 months)
To complete the application process, you will need to provide us with the following additional information:
• Your mobile phone number and email address
• Your driver’s license details and in some cases your Medicare Card number or passport number may be required
• A copy of your last three months of issued bank statements or E-Statements. The fastest way to forward us your bank statement is through a secure Credit Sense link that we will send you as an SMS and Email after you have completed your application.

Once you are happy with your loan choice, click apply now and you will be directed to the remainder of the application. You will receive an instant decision once the application is complete.
During your application, we will ask you for a copy of your last three months of bank statements that you can easily send securely using Credit Sense. Once we have all of your information, we can give you a decision on your application. In most cases we have everything we need once you have submitted your application, however if we need to check anything, we will call you on your mobile, so make sure you keep it handy!
Once everything is received, it is possible for your loan to be processed within an hour and paid to your account the same day.
Credit24 offers personal loans from $300 up to $6,500 with repayments terms from 3 month up to 24 months, dependent upon loan amount. If you are an Permanent Resident aged 18 or over, you are welcome to apply.
The information you give during your application will be assessed and you will be given an instant decision on how much is available to you. If you do not want to take the full amount, you can choose a smaller loan amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a loan if your sole income is Centrelink or if you are unemployed.
Your Centrelink payments are classed as part of your income as long it is not 50% or more of your total income and will be considered, along with other factors during your Credit24 loan application.
For Example: If your Centrelink payments are $1,000 per month and salary $700 per month – you are not eligible for a Credit24 loan.
However, if your Centrelink payments are $500 per month and salary $1,500 per month – you are eligible to apply for a Credit24 loan.
Yes, you can. We will ask for your latest Tax Notice of Assessment to prove your income if your application is successful.
Yes, Credit24 conducts a credit check on all applications and it will show as an enquiry on your credit file. If you think you might have unpaid defaults that would stop your application being successful, you can obtain a free copy of your file from www.mycreditfile.com.au.
Our application process requires your residential address for identification purposes, A PO Box will not be accepted.
We will communicate with you by phone, SMS or email, not by sending letters to your home address.
You can submit your loan application outside business hours. However, your loan application will be processed from 8am – 10pm weekdays, and 9am-6pm on weekends (AEST).
Once you complete your online application, send us your Bank Statement through our Fast- Track service and your loan gets approved, we will transfer the funds straight away. If you bank with Major 4 banks you can receive funds into your account same day. We will send you a confirmation SMS when the transfer has been made.

In order to finalise your loan application, we are required by law to review your last 90 days bank statement. This can be done automatically through a secure Credit Sense link that will be sent to you during the welcoming phone call after you submit your loan application. We highly recommend using this tool as it will FAST-TRACK the process.
During this process your bank login details are not stored. However, this process will save your time of printing and scanning bank statements to us. Credit Sense is 100% Australian owned and operated company and subject to and complies with all Australian laws.
Note: Alternatively, you may also send your 90 days bank statement with your full name, address and account details to our firstname.lastname@example.org, please note for all manual Bank Statement there is $25 processing fee which your need to be transfer to Credit24 Nominated account before we can process the loan. Also, allow up to 2-3 working days for manual processing time.
- An establishment fee from 10% to 15% of the loan amount given to you.
- A monthly account fee that is 4 % of the loan amount given to you.
- A late fee: $25.00 (per month if you have missed a payment).

Already have a loan with Credit24
Yes, you can certainly do so by contacting our accounts team at email@example.com. It will take up to 48 working hours for the payment plan to be updated.
Credit24 customers who fail to make a payment in 30 days time from the loan repayment due date will incur costs amounting up to 50% of the outstanding loan amount should this loan be transferred to our debt collection agent. These costs will be payable by the Credit24 customer to our collection agent and represent the reasonable expenses that we reasonably incur in enforcing our loan agreement.

- Click the “Login” button
- Enter your mobile number and password to access the self service page
- Select “Loan Details” located under the Payment Options button
If you wish to pay out your loan earlier than agreed, you will need to send us an email with the following information:
- Date (DD/MM/YYYY) you would like to payout your loan
Our Credit team will make the appropriate actions and be in touch with you regarding the payout figure and payment method.
- Direct debit will be set up on next business day at earliest
- Your payout figure will be sent to you via email
- If you choose to payout your loan, Credit24 will set up a direct debit to come out from your bank account on the confirmed payout date
It takes 48 hours for repayment status to be updated on your Credit24 account. If your repayment has not been updated for more than 2 business days, contact our customer service team by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on: 1800 091 967.
Credit24 customers may have only one active loan at any given time. As soon as your existing Credit24 loan is paid out, your are eligible to re-apply on the Credit24 website using the login section.
You have the option to pay out your loan early with no early repayment penalty or charges. Once the funds are received, you are eligible to apply for another Credit24 loan straight away.

If you are finding it difficult to make repayments due to unforeseen circumstances including unemployment, illness, over commitment to credit, natural disaster, etc. You can apply for hardship assistance by filling out our hardship application form: www.credit24.com.au/hardship-application-form
Our Hardship Team will assist your needs after reviewing your hardship application and proof documents.
If you have any issues with your payment plan not matching your salary dates, please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm:
- Your Pay Frequency (Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly)
- Date or Day your income comes into your account
So we can amend your repayment contract to match these details.
- Credit24 repayments can only be changed to match your salary date.
- Changes cannot be applied for a single repayment but for the repayment plan as a whole.
- It will take up to 48 working hours for your repayments to be updated
Repayment dates can only be amended if:
- Your Credit24 repayment dates are not matching your salary dates.
- You face financial hardship, approved by Credit24 identification procedure.
Late payment fees apply. To prevent this, please email us all the details to: email@example.com so we can discuss your options and make an arrangement to suit your needs.
You can change your password online at www.credit24.com.au:
- Select the CUSTOMER LOGIN tab in the top right-hand corner
- Enter you mobile number and password
This will bring you to the self service page, you can select “change you password” located on the left hand side of the screen under your address. You will be prompted to enter you current password and the new password. Please note that passwords must be at least 6 characters and contain both letters and numbers.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the CUSTOMER LOGIN tab at www.credit24.com.au
- Select the forgotten password link.
- Enter your driver’s licence and mobile phone number (a pin will be sent to your mobile).
- Enter the pin into the field as prompted.
You will be asked to enter a new password and to confirm the new password, use this going forward when accessing the self service section of the Credit24 website
You can opt out of our marketing communications at any stage, simply select the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of a Credit24 email, and we will not include you in special offers or announcement emails.
