Acknowledging your complaint

We’ll confirm we’ve received your complaint as soon as possible. Many issues are resolved quickly — often within a few days. If your case needs more attention, we can assign a dedicated team and share a reference number along with the name and contact details of the person handling it.

Investigating and assessing

We can help to carefully review the details you’ve provided and look into the issue. And we work with you to find a fair solution, keeping your experience front of mind every step of the way.

Reaching a resolution

Our aim is to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, we can explain why, share a revised timeline, and keep you informed until it’s sorted.

If you’re not happy with the outcome, you can escalate your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
