Yes, you can apply if you’ve been self-employed for over 12 months. To verify your income, we may also require your latest Notice of Assessment (NOA) from the ATO.
Yes, Centrelink payments are considered part of your income, but to be eligible, they must not exceed 50% of your total income.
For example:
- Not eligible: Centrelink payments = $1,000/month, Salary = $700/month (Centrelink exceeds 50% of total income).
- Eligible: Centrelink payments = $500/month, Salary = $1,000/month (Centrelink is within 50% of total income).
Exception: If you are 67 years or older, you can apply even if Centrelink is your only source of income. However, if you are under 67 and rely solely on Centrelink, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a loan.

If you have an instalment loan, your loan will close once your loan has been repaid in full. You can pay out your account at any time—with no fees for early closure.
If you have a Line of Credit with a zero balance, there’s no cost to keep it open, and no interest is charged unless you draw on your line of credit. Yes! Since interest is only paid on your outstanding balance, paying off your loan early means you'll only pay interest up to the day you bring your balance to zero.
Making extra repayments also helps reduce interest, as any additional payments go directly toward reducing the principal. Your regular repayments will continue as usual until the loan is fully paid, but there are no penalties or fees for paying early.
Yes! You can pay off your loan in full anytime with no fees or penalties. Simply log into Self Service, go to the credit information section, and view your current repayment amount, which updates daily as interest accrues.
If you have a Line of Credit, it will stay open at no cost, giving you quick access to funds whenever you need them in the future.
Your repayments are calculated when you make a draw from your Line of Credit. Each time you withdraw funds from your available credit limit, your repayment amount adjusts to reflect the new balance.
You can view your updated repayment details in Self-Service and choose how much to withdraw and repay—giving you full control over your loan management.
We set up automatic direct debits based on your pay schedule for hassle-free repayments. If you’d like to make additional payments, log into Self-Service and select ‘Repay Faster’ at the bottom of your dashboard. There, you'll find our bank details and your personal reference number for manual transfers.
You can also contact our customer service team to make a debit card payment over the phone or request our BPAY details for added convenience.

If you have a Line of Credit, your minimum repayment is based on the amount you've withdrawn and is automatically calculated to pay off the balance over no more than 36 months.
Your repayment term depends on the amount you borrow. Our minimum loan term is 6 months, and can extend up to 36 months.

Repayment dates can be adjusted in the following cases:
- Your repayment dates don’t align with your salary schedule
- You’re experiencing financial hardship, subject to approval through our verification process

If you fail to meet the terms of your loan contract, Credit24 may assign your loan account to an External Australian Credit Licensee for further management. We strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you're facing difficulties, so we can discuss potential solutions and avoid further action.

If your request is urgent, we recommend contacting us at least one day before your payment is due to prevent the direct debit from being processed on the due date.
For your convenience, your repayment dates are generally set to match your pay cycle. You can check your next due date by logging into your Self Service via the website or Credit24 Mobile App, under the Repayment Info tab.
Direct debits are processed at 6 AM AEST on your due date. To ensure a successful payment, we recommend keeping the required funds in your account throughout the day to avoid any issues with the transaction.
You can withdraw available funds anytime through Self Service on our website or via the Credit24 Mobile App. The maximum is your available credit limit.
Keep in mind that your repayments will adjust based on the amount you withdraw.

Simply log into Self Service and then:
- Click on "Statement of Accounts" on the right-hand side to access all your statements.
- To check your balance, select "Credit Information" located above the statement section.

Credit24 offers Personal Loans and Lines of Credit. If you’ve already been approved for a loan, you can log in to your Self-Service and download your contract from the Credit information tab to confirm your loan type and terms.
Your withdrawal option in your Line of Credit may not be available due to the following reasons:
1. You may be experiencing financial hardship or have recently finished a Hardship arrangement.
2. You’ve made a repayment recently and the funds have not been cleared yet. Transfers can take 2-3 business days to clear.
3. You have an ongoing payment arrangement with us to catch up the account to its original repayment schedule.
4. Your account may be in arrears.
5. Your financial circumstances and/or behaviours upon review is considered unsuited for a continuing line of credit.
6. There is no available balance remaining.
