Offer Overview
Eligible customers who are dissatisfied with Credit24’s loan experience and services within the first 60 days of their loan commencement may request to access the Credit24 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”).
If an eligible claim is approved, the customer will only be required to repay the original principal amount borrowed. Any interest and eligible fees paid under the loan contract will be waived or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: Start date: 16/06/2026 at 12:01am AEST. End date: 31/08/2026 at 11:59pm AEST
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Guarantee, customers must:
be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
enter a new eligible Credit24 Personal Loan or Line of Credit contract during the promotional period;
be a new or repeat customer of Credit24;
submit a dissatisfaction request within 60 calendar days from the loan commencement date;
repay the outstanding original principal balance in full before any refund or waiver is processed; and
meet all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Products
The Guarantee applies only to eligible new Credit24 Personal Loan or Line of Credit contracts entered during the campaign period.
The Guarantee does not apply to:
loan upgrades, variations, restructures, or top-ups to existing contracts;
existing loan contracts entered into before the campaign period.
Satisfaction Guarantee Claims
A customer may make a claim under the Credit24 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of their experience with Credit24, including but not limited to:
the service provided by Credit24;
the loan application process;
the speed of application assessment, approval or funding;
communications with Credit24;
the operation or administration of their account;
the terms, features or conditions of their loan contract; or
any other aspect of their Credit24 loan experience.
To make a claim, the customer must notify Credit24 within 60 days of the commencement date of their eligible loan contract.
Provided the customer meets the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, including repayment of the applicable principal amount in accordance with section 7, Credit24 will honour the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Credit24 is not required to determine whether a customer's reason for dissatisfaction is reasonable, justified or attributable to Credit24. The customer's dissatisfaction alone is sufficient to make a claim under the Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The Guarantee does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Make a Claim
To request access to the Guarantee, customers must contact Credit24 within 60 days of their loan commencement date by contacting Credit24’s Customer Care Team on 1300293000 or lodging the claim via email at info@credit24.com.au
Refund and Waiver Process
Where a claim is approved:
if the customer has not made any repayments toward their loan, the customer must repay the full original principal amount borrowed within 14 days of the claim approval date;
if the customer has already made repayments toward their loan, any interest, fees and charges already paid will be deducted from the original principal amount borrowed, and the customer must repay the remaining adjusted principal balance within 14 days of the claim approval date; and
the loan account may be closed or restricted in accordance with Credit24 operational requirements.
One Claim Per Customer
The Guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer only.
Customers who have previously accessed the Guarantee are not eligible to make another claim under any future loan contract or campaign unless otherwise stated by Credit24.
Exclusions
The Guarantee will not apply where:
the dissatisfaction relates to matters outside Credit24’s reasonable control;
fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is identified;
the customer fails to repay the outstanding original principal amount within the 14 days of the claim approval date; or
the claim otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Changes and Withdrawal
Credit24 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
General
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Credit24’s decision regarding eligibility and claim outcomes is final, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
