• Promotional Period: Start date: 09/11/2026 at 12:01am AEDT. End date: 30/11/2026 at 11:59pm AEDT
• Eligible entrants: This promotion is by invitation only and is available to active Credit24 customers who have an active loan contract with the Promoter and Direct Debit disabled at the commencement of the Promotional Period
• Does not include: Customers who are in a Part IX debt agreement, personal insolvency agreement, bankruptcy or hardship variation. Customers must continue to meet the eligibility requirements throughout the Promotional Period
• To be eligible: To enter the draw to win 1 of 5 $100 Amazon gift cards, an eligible customer must successfully set up or reactivate Direct Debit as their loan repayment method between 9 and 30 November 2026
• Automatic entry: Eligible customers who successfully activate Direct Debit during the Promotional Period will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw. No separate competition entry is required
• Entries permitted: A maximum of one entry per eligible customer
• Total prize pool: AUD $500
• Prize description: There are 5 × $100 Amazon gift cards to be won. Each gift card is valued at AUD $100 and is subject to the issuer's applicable terms and conditions
• Prize delivery: Gift cards will be sent electronically to the email address held on file with the Promoter. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash
• Draw method: Computerised random selection from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period

• Winner notification: Winners will be contacted using the contact details held on file with the Promoter within one (1) business day of the draw. Winners will be published at www.credit24.com.au/promotion/credit24-competition-winners/ by 14/12/2026, subject to applicable privacy and promotional requirements
• Unclaimed prizes: Prizes must be claimed by 04/01/2027 at 12:00pm AEDT. Subject to applicable law, any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 05/01/2027 at 12:00pm AEDT at the Promoter's address. Winners of the redraw will be notified within one (1) business day and published on the competition winners page by 12/01/2027
• Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and successful Direct Debit activation before awarding prizes. Entries that do not satisfy these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid
• Repayment obligations: Participation in this promotion does not alter any customer's existing loan terms, repayment amounts, repayment dates or contractual obligations. Customers should ensure sufficient funds are available in their nominated account for scheduled Direct Debit repayments. Customers are not required to make any additional repayments to participate in the promotion
• Privacy: Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Information may be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver prizes
• General conditions: The Promoter may disqualify entries involving fraud, misuse or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation, modification or suspension of the promotion will be subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Prize provider: Amazon is not a sponsor of or otherwise affiliated with this promotion. Amazon gift cards are subject to the applicable issuer terms and redemption conditions.
